These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ctcevents.com (the “Site”) operated by CTCEvents LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”). By accessing, browsing or using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

The Site provides travel inspiration articles, informational content about global events and destinations, and optional custom trip consultation and planning services.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the publicly available content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, license, sell, or transmit any of the material on the Site without our prior written consent, except for temporarily storing copies in your browser’s cache for viewing purposes.

You may not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, icons, software, audio, video and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Content”), is owned by CTCEvents LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to the Content other than the limited license described above.

3. User Submissions and Communications

The Site may allow you to submit inquiries, custom trip requests, comments, questions or other communications (“Submissions”). By submitting any information through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display and create derivative works from such Submissions for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You represent and warrant that any Submissions you make do not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described above.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Submissions and we do not endorse any opinions expressed in Submissions.

4. Custom Trip Planning Services

When you request custom trip planning or consultation, we provide personalized recommendations, itinerary suggestions, research, coordination efforts and assistance with securing reservations and access where possible. These are advisory services only.

We do not act as a travel agent, tour operator, common carrier, or direct provider of transportation, lodging, event tickets, guided tours, insurance or any other travel-related services. All actual bookings, tickets, accommodations, transportation and experiences are arranged directly between you and the relevant third-party suppliers.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, quality, safety, suitability or performance of any third-party services or suppliers. You agree that any disputes or claims arising from third-party services are solely between you and that provider.

Payment of any fees, deposits or full amounts for custom planning or bookings is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Travel involves inherent risks. We do not guarantee that any suggested travel experience, destination or event will be safe, available, suitable or enjoyable. You are solely responsible for researching and assessing risks, obtaining appropriate travel insurance, visas, vaccinations and complying with all local laws and entry requirements.

We are not liable for any changes, cancellations, delays, closures, weather conditions, political events, health risks, natural disasters or other circumstances affecting travel or events.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTCEvents LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any services arranged through us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CTCEvents LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
